Joan Clapés Roig

Joan Clapés Roig has a diverse range of work experience in the field of data science and research. Starting from 2018, Joan worked as a Research Collaborator at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya for a period of seven months. Following that, they joined MAN Energy Solutions as a Calculation/R&D Intern from September 2020 to March 2021. Concurrently, Joan also worked as a Research Assistant at ETH Zürich starting from December 2020 to March 2021. Subsequently, Joan continued their role as a Research Assistant at ETH Zürich from August 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Joan is working as a Data Scientist at Unit8, starting in February 2022.

- In 2013, they obtained their High School Diploma from IES Sa Colomina.

- From 2015 to 2019, they attended Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.

Joan also completed a course on Introduction to Git and GitHub on Coursera. Prior to their university education, in July 2015, Joan obtained the C1 Advanced certification from Cambridge Assessment English.
