Mark Vatsel

Mark Vatsel is a seasoned professional in the digital production industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at UNIT9 Silk Road since August 2015, where a successful spin-off company was established with a £3 million turnover. Under the leadership roles held, including Program Manager and Creative Director, a department was expanded to achieve £3 million in turnover while managing a £1 million delivery P&L, and 34 innovative digital products and projects were directed across various technologies. As a Creative Technologist, significant new business was secured through the development of tech products across gaming, mixed reality, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, Mark Vatsel has contributed to the creative community as a judge for The FWA Awards since July 2021 and as a guest lecturer at the University of the Arts London in early 2023. Mark holds a BA Hons in Illustration and a Foundation Diploma in Art from the same institution.
