Katherine Blumer has extensive experience in global health and program management, currently serving as Program Manager at UNITAID since December 2010. Katherine previously held positions including Community Liaison at Palestine Children's Relief Fund, Technical Officer at Health Metrics Network, and Project Manager (Consultant) at the Center for Global Development, where involvement included work with the Global Health Resource Tracking Working Group. Earlier experience includes serving as an Information Assistant at the United Nations Joint Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS). Katherine holds a Master of Public Health in International Health and Development from the University of Liverpool, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Utah.
