Brandon Field, M.B.A. has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Brandon started their career as a Rig Technician at Anadarko Drilling in 1995 before moving on to Simons Petroleum as an Operations Field Technician. In 2002, they became a Franchise Owner at Snap-on Tools. Brandon then joined Unit Corporation in 2006 and held various roles including Service Manager, Asset Division Manager, and Project Manager. In 2016, they joined Kruse Energy Auctioneers as the Director of Sales and Operations. Currently, they are the Director of Drilling Equipment Projects and Sales at Unit Corporation, a position they have held since 2019. Throughout their career, Brandon has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, develop effective systems, and provide sales and operational leadership.

Brandon Field, M.B.A, obtained their Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from Oklahoma Christian University. Brandon attended the university from 2008 to 2010.

Prior to their master's degree, Brandon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Brandon studied at the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2002.

Furthermore, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Engineering Technology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Brandon attended the university from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Brandon has acquired two additional certifications. Brandon obtained the certification in "Communicating in the Language of Leadership" from LinkedIn in January 2021. In April 2011, they received the "29 C.F.R. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Hazard Waste Operations)" certification from the State of Oklahoma.
