Ron Len

Ron Len has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Their most recent position was as the Executive VP of Technology at Unite Digital LLC, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at FordDirect for a significant period of time, starting as a Systems Engineer in 1992, and progressing through various roles such as Technology Manager, Senior Director of Technology, and ultimately VP of Technology. During their time at FordDirect, they were responsible for overseeing the Data Services and Architecture arm of the organization, managing a team of 100 direct and agency members, and their portfolio of business included revenues of over $20 million and cost contracts in the range of $7 million. Ron also played a key role in implementing various initiatives, including a call management system integrated with Salesforce, a 360 view of the customer in Salesforce, and a digital suite of applications for Ford of Canada dealers. Prior to their time at FordDirect, Ron worked at Ford Motor Company as a Project Manager and later a Solution Architect, where they managed a global initiative and reengineered an SOA B2C application, resulting in increased throughput and cost reductions. Ron also gained experience as a Senior Systems Architect at hybrid Inc. and started their career as a Systems Engineer at EDS.

Between the years 1986 and 1991, Ron Len pursued their education at the University of Michigan (U of M), where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSE - EE). Their primary field of study during this period focused on Electrical Engineering.
