Corina Pascal

Corina Pascal, MA, is an award-winning global Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and learning professional, currently serving as the Programme and Learning Director at Unite UnderOne. With experience spanning Asia, Europe, the UK, and the US, Corina has co-created and implemented impactful EDI strategies while leading initiatives to foster inclusive learning environments. Corina's previous roles include significant contributions at Heavers Farm Primary School and Kaplan International Pathways, where they enhanced educational outcomes and promoted cultural understanding. Driven by a mission to embed EDI in organizational culture, Corina consistently collaborates with leaders to deliver transformative learning experiences and critiques strategic approaches through data-driven insights.
