Sandi Small

Sandi Small has extensive experience in procurement and inventory management, currently serving on the Procurement Team at United Engineers & Constructors since October 2021, focusing on metrics reporting for the Steam Generating Team at TVA Watts Bar Nuclear Facility. Previously, Sandi has held significant roles including Global Model Location Team Leader at National Oilwell Varco since 2005, where responsibilities included defining and mapping processes across the International Distribution division and assisting Distribution Service Centers with targeted improvements. Prior experience includes serving as Smart Source Manager at DXP Enterprises, Inc., managing daily operations and cost savings at a customer site, as well as working in inventory control and procurement at Cambar/Hagemeyer, overseeing customer-owned inventory and supply management functions.
