Vera Asiedu, CPP, is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in managing payroll operations across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Payroll Manager at United Engineers & Constructors since February 2020, Vera oversees full-cycle payroll for U.S. and Canadian projects, including union craftworkers and expats. Previous roles include Payroll Manager at Movement Mortgage and Manager of Payroll Operations at Akima, LLC, where Vera led teams to ensure accurate payroll processing for thousands of employees. In addition to a strong payroll management background, Vera has interpretation experience, providing English-to-local Ghanaian dialect services for medical clients since August 2018.
