United General Hospital has been a vital part of the community for more than 40 years. The hospital serves Public Hospital District 304, including Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, Bayview, Samish Island, Concrete, Marblemount, Clear Lake and areas of Mount Vernon -- over 2,000 square miles in Skagit (and parts of Whatcom) County. The hospital is governed by a five-member board of commissioners.

From the new linear accelerator in our North Puget Cancer Center, to the fully computerized Sleep Disorders Center, and the wireless, voice-activated communication systems used throughout our facility, we provide high-tech health care in a friendly, rural setting.
