Sandy Meek

Sandy Meek has extensive experience in biostatistics, programming, and data management, with a career spanning various roles at Parexel between 2003 and 2025, including Consultant Programmer and Principal Statistical Programmer to Associate Director of Technology Quality Management. Responsibilities included SAS programming support, project resource monitoring, development and quality control of analysis datasets, and managing computer system validation activities. Prior positions include Clinical Data Scientist at Glaxo Wellcome and Senior Clinical Data Coordinator at S-cubed, where data management procedures and client liaising were key duties. Sandy Meek also engages in cycling instruction and exam invigilation while holding a PhD in Cell Biology from King's College London and a BSc with 1st Class Honours in Cell Biology from the University of Glasgow.
