Ryan Getz

Ryan Getz has extensive experience in the manufacturing and metal processing industry, currently serving as the Laser Cell Leader at United Performance Metals since November 2013, where management of the laser department is a primary responsibility. Prior roles include Shop Manager at Welage Inc. and Process Manager at Byer Steel, where Ryan updated the quoting process for multiple machining systems. Additionally, Ryan spent over a decade at Lasercraft Inc., contributing to the growth of the company from a single Laser Lab to multiple production facilities, enhancing both production capacity and customer base.
