UP,  has more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing 100% recyclable materials of PE (Polyethylene), HDPE (High Denstity Polyethylene) and PP (Polyprophylene) plastic film bags and sheets. In 2004, we were the first to pioneer and introduce the oxo-biodegradable plastic bag in the Philippines. We are one of the largest plastic bag manufacturers in our country and produce the widest range of plastic packaging products such as shopping bags for groceries and department stores, garbage bags, plastic products for advertising and promotional purposes, courier bags used for delivery of documents, plastic rolls and sheets for industrial use and many, many more.
 
Over the years we have improved our manufacturing processes and expanded our technical expertise to keep pace with the changing needs and demands of our customers. We have a complete line of extruder machines, automatic cutting and sealing machines, injection molding machines, in-line and off-line printing machines of both flexographic and rotogravure processes that could print up to a total of 8 colors in our 8,888 square meter (total floor area) property in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines.
 
We view ourselves as innovators in our field and aside from acquiring the latest in computer technology that allows automation of business operations and office administration, we have also developed new products as a result of our continuous drive to be better. Aside from being the first to manufacture oxo-biodegradable bags, we have also pioneered the manufacture of the beverage carrier bag and modified atmosphere packaging in our country that have both won honors of the Packaging Institute of the Philippines' PHILSTAR awards search for packaging excellence garnered every year.
 
In November 24, 2012, we were certified by Certification International Philippines, Inc. (member of SOCOTEC's Global network) as an ISO 9001:2008 cetified company after having successfully completed the requirements of their Governing Board. Through the years we have maintained our Quality Management System to comply with the conditions of the certification and are still striving for continuous improvement.
 
In 2014, we were HALAL certified by Islamic Dawah Council of the Philippines (IDCP). We also make it a point to comply with EU Directives for restirctions on hazadous substances (RoHS) and USFDA's regulation for food grade materials which further shows our commiment to be able to serve and meet our clients needs and requirements.
