Our process is really simple, it’s all online (because we love trees), and after the compulsory background checks, you can be moved into your new house share within 24 hours of enquiring.

We know the demand for good quality house shares in Birmingham, Solihull and Warwick is constant, and we are continually adding to our portfolio of properties. We create communities within each household and are constantly praised for the personal touches and services we provide.

Our fortnightly cleaner and gardener takes care of all of the tasks that single professionals just simply don’t have the time for, and our proactive maintenance team take care of all of the issues that arise, in a speedy and efficient fashion. We don’t create houses for individuals to live in.
