Taylor Gladding

Taylor Gladding has over two decades of experience in operations and management, primarily at United Rentals since 2003, where roles have included District Manager, Director of Operations, Fleet Director for Power & HVAC, and Branch Manager. Prior to United Rentals, Taylor worked as a Sales Representative at Aggreko from June 2000 to September 2003. Taylor holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, completed between 2015 and 2017, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Flagler College, earned in 2000.
