Keith Earls has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from an unknown start date to 2008. Keith then worked as a Territory Manager at Advanced Tissue from October 2008 to December 2010. Keith joined United Scripts in 2011 and held multiple positions including Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, and General Manager until July 2017. From July 2017 to July 2018, they served as Pharmacy Manager at Health Direct Pharmacy. Lastly, Keith became Vice President Operations at United Scripts in July 2018, a role they still hold.
Keith Earls attended Festus High School from 1993 to 1996, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during that time. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Saint Louis University.
