Kerry Lear

For over a decade, Kerry has been working with New England Security Leaders to deliver thoughtful security programs focused on life safety and customer service excellence. Kerry has proven that great client relationships are formed through understanding her customer’s needs and collaborating to provide creative solutions. Always striving to improve her industry knowledge, she participates in local security focused educational groups such as ASIS, BOMA and is currently serving as Treasurer for the Boston Chapter of IAHSS. Kerry is responsible for identifying business objectives, opportunities, managing projects, forecasting, monitoring trends, building relationships, and providing business solutions to current and future partners.
