United Security Specialists brings together the best security specialists in the industry. We refer to our employees, supervisors, and management team, as specialists due to the experience, training, and integrity they possess. A professional attitude, professional appearance and professional work ethic is what separates security specialists from security officers.

United Security Specialists understands that security is often perceived as a “necessary evil”. USS helps organizations better understand the benefits of positioning security as a risk reduction tool and asset rather than as a pure “bottom line cost”.  As a security management partner, USS helps proactively achieve efficiencies that result in “bottom line savings”.

USS takes pride in our recruitment process. We believe that each individual we employ is a direct reflection of “Who We Are and What We Stand For”.

Combining knowledge and experience gained from working with clients in the security industry, we have utilized what we have learned and integrated practices to guarantee you get what you demand, expect, and deserve, from a quality security organization.

Clients expect day-to-day quality, consistency, and professionalism from their security personnel. Poor security service happens when guards are poorly supervised and the security company focuses more on the sale, than providing quality service. USS believes that to avoid these problems, there must be 24-hour supervision, as well as 24-hour management response. USS firmly believes that solid training determines our security specialists successes or failures. USS concentrates on providing outstanding quality service FIRST. Making the “sale” comes second.
