Michael "Josh" Plotner has an extensive military career spanning over three decades, currently serving as a retired member of the U.S. Army since March 2019. Plotner holds the position of USARAK Aviation Task Force Safety Officer since June 2017 and has been a Brigade Standardization Pilot since March 2000, providing crucial advisory support to the Brigade Commander and contributing to the aviation standardization program. Prior military experience includes roles as a Standardization Pilot, Instrument Examiner, and UH-60 Aviation Safety Officer. Plotner began military service as a Ranger (Infantryman) with the 1/75th Ranger Regiment from September 1989 to February 1996, participating in various operations and training missions.
