Mark Spender

Mark Spender is a Partner at Bernhard Capital Partners, where they have served since 2015. They were previously a Board Member at Atlas from 2015 to 2020 and held various roles at UBS Investment Bank from 2004 to 2011, including Executive Director. Mark has also been a Board Member at Charah Solutions, Inc. from 2017 to 2023, as well as at United Utility, Allied Power, and RailWorks Corporation since 2018, 2020, and 2021, respectively. Additionally, they are a Board Member at Brailsford & Dunlavey, Inc. since 2024. Mark earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan Business School, graduating in 2000.
