The organisation first opened its doors in 1995 as United Holidays - a single business entity handling Destination Management and Airline Representation. Today, United Ventures has evolved into a Holding Company focusing on Travel, Airline Representation & Destination Management.

In keeping with our tag line ‘dare to be different’, we strive to provide a range of travel and tourism solutions that are unique and original in addition to the ‘usual’. Our teams, experienced in their respective disciplines, are geared to meet the ever-growing demands of a constantly evolving customer need.

The three companies that make the group are:
 - United Ventures - Airline representation & specialists in student services.  General Sales Agent for Air Canada, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Lufthansa Airlines. Representative for STA Travel and the International Student Identity Card – ISIC
 - Holidays by Design (Private) Ltd - Destination management and inbound tour operator 
 - Travel7 (Private) Ltd   - Outbound IATA accredited travel and holiday specialist.
