Michel André

Michel André is a Senior Executive Advisor at Banking Circle Group, where they focus on leveraging technology to enhance scalability and innovation in the global financial infrastructure. Their extensive background includes CIO and CTO roles, notably transforming Banking Circle's technology team from 15 to over 300 engineers and developing a cloud-based payment infrastructure. Previously, Michel spent 14 years at Saxo Bank, where they played a key role in building a low-latency trading platform. In addition to their advisory position, they serve on several boards in fintech, regtech, and software, supporting the growth and modernization of financial services. Michel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and completed executive education at Stanford University.
