Cicely Liu

Cicely Liu has work experience in various roles and companies. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at Atlantic Metro. Cicely then became a Co-Owner at Information Technology Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are working at UnitedLayer since 2019, starting as a Business Analyst and later transitioning to the role of Project Manager in November 2020.

Cicely Liu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Xi'an Jiaotong University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University, completing it between 2006 and 2008.
