Brian DeCarolis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brian began their career at the University of Phoenix, where they worked as both an Enrollment Counselor and a Senior Finance Advisor. In these roles, Brian provided customer service, advised students on financial planning, and implemented new processes.

After their time at the University of Phoenix, Brian joined DP Oil & Lube as the Owner/General Manager. In this position, they were responsible for strategic planning, finance, marketing, customer service, and employee management. Brian also conducted research to improve products and pricing.

Following their role at DP Oil & Lube, Brian joined Kett Engineering as a Test Driver. Brian drove and evaluated prototype test vehicles, conducted inspections, and documented findings. Brian also learned and operated new vehicle features.

Most recently, Brian joined Unitek Learning as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In this role, they lead forecast, close, and budget improvement processes, develops reporting packages, and interfaces with senior leadership.

Brian DeCarolis pursued higher education and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship also at the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2011.
