Luis Prata

Luis Prata is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Product Development at Unitel since June 2013. With a focus on Call Center infrastructure and customer care platforms, Luis oversees project analysis, design, implementation, and provides critical support for high-priority issues. Previously, Luis held roles as Head of Customer Relationship Management and in various sales positions at Somerfield and Dixons, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and sales management. Academically, Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Brighton and has pursued studies in Computer Science at the University of Sussex.
