Маргарита Ли

Маргарита Ли is the Head of the Compensation and Benefits department at Beeline Uzbekistan, a position held since 2025. Previously, they were a Senior HR professional at Universal Energy Co., Ltd. from 2023 to 2025, where they developed HR policies, managed recruitment, and oversaw payroll administration. Their career began as an HR intern at Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC from 2014 to 2017, followed by a role as an HR Generalist at UZBEKISTAN GTL LLC from 2017 to 2022.
