Tulga O.

Tulga O. has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Technology at Unitel Group since January 2014, with prior leadership roles in the IT Department. Tulga O. managed the VAS Technical Division at UNITEL LLC from October 2010 to October 2013, overseeing the maintenance of charging systems and VAS services for prepaid customers, as well as planning QoS and performance for existing services. Previous roles include System Engineer at SITRONICS Telecom Solutions from 2006 to August 2010, focusing on SCP product implementation and testing. Tulga O. holds a degree in Telecommunications from Czech Technical University in Prague and a high school diploma in Mathematics and Physics from ТИС Лицей.
