Eric Daniels is Uniti Fiber’s President of Network. In his current role, he leads a team of over 400 employees and is responsible for the construction and operation of over 18,000 miles of fiber optic networks throughout the South, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Midwestern United States.
Prior to its purchase by Uniti Group in 2017, Daniels served as founding partner and chief operating officer of Southern Light, growing the business from its inception to eventually constructing and operating nearly 6,000 miles of fiber optic cable infrastructure. With a team of 250 employees, Daniels oversaw the engineering, construction and ongoing management of the company’s physical and logical networks.
