Nathan O'Connell

Nathan O'Connell is a dedicated servant-based leader with over 30 years of experience in sales, operations, project management, and solutions engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineering at Uniti Solutions, Nathan supports sales engineers nationwide to help retain and expand client relationships. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Windstream, including Sales Director and District Sales Director, where they achieved significant sales successes and managed teams across multiple territories. Nathan holds an Associate's degree in Telecommunications Management from the College of Saint Mary.
