Carleton Simpson

Carleton Simpson is a Senior Vice President and General Counsel with extensive experience in the energy sector. They served as Commissioner of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission from 2021 to 2024 and currently hold various leadership roles, including advisory council member at EPRI and board member at NARUC and the Northeast Power Coordinating Council. Carleton has previously worked in multiple legal and regulatory capacities, including as a director of government affairs and regulatory counsel at Unitil, where they developed legal strategies and guided clean energy initiatives. They completed their Juris Doctor at Suffolk University Law School and have advanced degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
