Joyce Mulvaney

Joyce Mulvaney is the Manager, Communications at Unitil since April 2022. Previously, Joyce worked as the Communications Manager at Reading Municipal Light Department from February 2017 to April 2022 and as Public Communications Manager at Springfield Water and Sewer Commission from November 2013 to February 2017. With experience as a Recruiter and Communications Specialist/Recruiting Consultant at Pontoon Solutions, and with a background in managing internal communications at Philips Healthcare, Joyce has a strong foundation in public relations, media relations, and marketing programs. Joyce also has experience in store operations as an Assistant Manager at Ocean State Job Lot.
