Arundhati Sarang has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2012. Arundhati currently holds the position of Manager at Unitile, where Arundhati uses data-driven insights to drive HR strategies. Prior to this, Arundhati gained experience in recruitment and selection at various companies such as Diamond Building Care and Bajaj Finserv Lending. Arundhati completed their Master's in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management.
