Bree O'Conner

Bree O'Conner is a First Nations Workforce Acquisition Lead at Uniting, where they focus on designing and growing programs that create opportunities for First Nations people. Previously, Bree held various roles at Commonwealth Bank, including Indigenous Careers Talent Acquisition Partner, where they managed internship and graduate programs, and at Bayswater Asset Management as an Indigenous Ambassador. They also worked as a Portfolio Manager at Complete Credit Solutions and served as an Indigenous Recruitment Partner at the University of Sydney. Bree is dedicated to fostering inclusive recruitment practices and driving pathways for Indigenous talent.
