Emma Timmiss

Emma Timmiss is an organisational development, learning, and change management leader with extensive experience across non-profit and private sectors. They served as a Learning and Organisational Development Advisor at Ventia Pty Ltd from 2015 to 2017, where they developed the first leadership development program. Emma's role as People Experience Transformation Lead at Uniting involved driving organisational change and enhancing employee experience through innovative HR practices. They also held positions focused on mental health and employee engagement, significantly contributing to the wellbeing of over 10,000 individuals in frontline and corporate roles. A proud graduate of the University of Technology, Sydney, Emma is currently pursuing a Mental Health First Aid certification.
