Emmanuel Varipatis

Emmanuel Varipatis is a results-oriented executive with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in property and change management. Currently serving as the Head of Asset Management at Uniting, they oversee the strategic asset management of over 900 buildings, supporting a range of services for disadvantaged communities. Previously, Emmanuel held the position of Executive Director Logistics Support at Fire & Rescue NSW, where they managed over $1 billion in assets and led significant change initiatives, including award-winning projects and a 300% increase in capital delivery. Emmanuel is pursuing a Master of Engineering Management and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney.
