Amanda Dyson

Amanda Dyson is a results-driven People and Culture leader currently serving as the General Manager of Workforce Attraction and Volunteer Services at UnitingCare Queensland. In this role, Amanda is responsible for designing and delivering contemporary talent acquisition and volunteer strategies, while also being part of the senior leadership team. Previously, Amanda held various leadership positions at Virgin Australia, including Leader of Talent Acquisition and Leader of Crew Culture, managing teams through significant organizational changes. Additionally, Amanda’s earlier experience includes managing the Office Support Division at Hudson/TMP Worldwide and establishing a successful recruitment desk at empiregroup.careers. Amanda continues to pursue education at Macquarie University.
