David Coyle

David Coyle is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data visualization and reporting. Currently serving as the Senior Data Visualisation Lead at UnitingCare Queensland since July 2025, David has previously held key roles at Aurizon from January 2012 to July 2025, including Senior Data & Reporting Analyst and acting Leader of Data and Reporting Governance. Before Aurizon, David worked at Rio Tinto as Project Manager for IS&T and in various roles within the Reporting & Analytics team from January 2005 to January 2012. Early career experience includes consulting for notable firms such as Novartis and KPMG with Mezenet, as well as serving as an SAP ABAP and BW Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. David holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) from The University of Queensland, completed in 1999, along with specialized training from SAP.
