Kye Rutter

Kye Rutter is an experienced professional in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as the EA Bargaining & Industrial Strategy Manager at UnitingCare Queensland since January 2026. Prior to this role, Kye held significant positions at Pillow Talk Australia as Head of People and Culture, and at Endeavour Foundation, where Kye was Acting Chief People Officer and Head of Business Partnering & Employee Relations. Kye's career includes notable roles at Coles Group, where responsibilities spanned various management levels in People and Culture, and at Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety as HR Manager. Kye began professional endeavors at Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) as HR Leader.
