Radu Lungu

Radu Lungu is an experienced software engineer currently working at unitQ since January 2025. Radu has served as the Head of the UWC Moldova National Committee since January 2021, leading a dedicated team in the selection of deserving students for UWC scholarships. Prior experience includes roles as Software Engineer II at Udemy, where Radu developed microservices and improved reporting systems, and Software Engineer I, contributing to a migration project that enhanced system performance. Additional positions include Full Stack Software Engineer at Valetcopter, Backend Software Engineer at Brightfox, and various roles at Udemy, including an internship in platform engineering. Radu's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Macalester College and attendance at UWC South East Asia.
