Scott was previously a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz where he led investments in companies like Lyft, Platfora, Dwolla and Skout. His passion for early-stage startups began with his experience as employee number 13 at Hotmail where he led business development and partnerships. In 2001, he co-founded IronPort Systems, which he grew into a $200 million run-rate enterprise security company that sold to Cisco in 2007. Scott previously served on Skout’s Board of Directors.
