Andile Luke

Andile Luke is a strategic leader with extensive experience in people, culture, and human capital. They have held various significant roles, including Chief People Officer and Group Head of Stakeholder Relations at Unitrans, where they lead initiatives across multiple African countries. Previously, Andile served as an Executive for Human Capital at Unitrans Supply Chain Solutions and held leadership positions at companies such as Tracker South Africa and De Beers Consolidated Mines. They completed a BTech in Human Resources Management and also pursued advanced studies in Strategic HR Leadership and Business Administration.
