Ryno Holm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ryno began their career as an Industrial Engineer/Production Manager at Sasol in 2007 and went on to hold various managerial positions within the company. In 2012, they joined Dyno Nobel as a Senior Manager in Marketing & Sales before moving to Pioneer Foods as a Senior Manager of Special Projects. Ryno then worked at Quantum Foods as a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Optimization from 2014 to 2016. Ryno then joined Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Strategy and M&A, where they worked until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Head of Business Change & Digital Transformation at Distell, where they led the development of digital capabilities. In 2022, Ryno joined HEINEKEN Beverages as the Lead of the Integration Management Office until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Chief Integration Officer at Unitrans.

Ryno Holm's education history includes a range of degrees and certifications. In 2002, they completed their secondary education at Sasolburg High School, obtaining their matric. Ryno then enrolled at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Industrial Engineering in 2006. Following this, in 2009, they pursued an Honors degree in Industrial Engineering, again at the University of Pretoria.

In 2011, Ryno attended Stellenbosch University and completed a Master of Science in Engineering Management with a focus on Digital Supply Networks. Moving on to further their education, they attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Strategy.

Ryno Holm has also undertaken additional certifications throughout their career. In January 2012, they earned the Professional Engineer certification from the Engineering Council of South Africa. Additionally, they have participated in several leadership programs to enhance their skills. In 2020, they completed the Digital Leadership Programme at the London Business School, and in 2021 to 2022, they attended the IRG100 Leadership Program at the Institute for Real Growth.
