The Operations Team at Unitrans is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and execution of the supply chain solutions provided by the company. This includes coordinating logistics, managing mechanical harvesting and fuel resources, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and handling procurement and expediting processes. The team works across various sectors such as agriculture, petroleum, and mining, to ensure the efficient movement of goods and the consistent delivery of services to Unitrans' clients and partners.
