Abbey Lynch is an experienced professional in the audiology and sales training sectors, currently serving as Sales Training Manager at Unitron US since May 2014. In this role, Abbey coordinates and develops a comprehensive onboarding program for new field sales representatives and clinical trainers, and is responsible for creating agendas, courses, and workshops for both National and Regional Sales Meetings. Prior to this position, Abbey held roles as Senior Regional Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager, focusing on outside sales in territories including greater Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Abbey's earlier experience includes serving as an Audiologist at Fisher Titus Medical Center, where comprehensive behavioral pediatric and adult hearing evaluations were administered, and as an Audiology Clinical Fellow at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Academically, Abbey holds a Bachelor of Science in Hearing and Speech Sciences from Ohio University and a Master of Arts in Audiology from Kent State University, along with certification as a PSP™ Performance Facilitator from Acuity World.
