Elena Popenko

Elena Popenko has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Elena began their career in 2009 as a Personnel Manager at the holding company "Happyland". From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an HR Manager at "ROSINZHINIRING". Following that, they served as a Personnel Department Manager at the "Ohta Park" resort from 2013 to 2016. In 2017, they worked as the head of the Hiring Department at "585*Zolotoy" until 2018. Elena then transitioned into the role of HR Business Partner at the "Avangard" hockey club and concurrently held the position of Regional Human Resources Business Partner at "Gazprom Neft" until 2020. Currently, Elena is working as the Head of the Personnel Management Department at Unitsky String Technologies.
