Евгений Калин

Evgeny Kalin has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and construction. Евгений started their career at Engineering Center "AMTinzhiniring" in April 2011, where they worked as an Engineer-Designer for four years. Their responsibilities included developing lines for profile bending and transverse-ribbed rolling, conducting technical calculations, and coordinating technical solutions with relevant departments.

In May 2015, Evgeny joined Unitsky String Technologies, where they initially served as the Acting Head of the Bureau. In this role, they were responsible for conducting technical inspections, monitoring and surveying metal and reinforced concrete structures of transport units and infrastructure facilities. Евгений also wrote reports and provided repair recommendations. In April 2019, they transitioned to the position of Lead Engineer-Designer, focusing on the development of a unique transportation system and auxiliary equipment for the construction of transport units. Evgeny specialized in utilizing automation tools for designing projects.

Evgeniy Kalin has a diverse education history. Евгений completed their Bachelor's degree in Technology of Mechanical Engineering from the Mozirsky State Polytechnic Technical School from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Belarusian National Technical University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During their time at the university, they also acquired the rank of Lieutenant in the reserves through the Military Technical Faculty. Additionally, they pursued studies in Economics and Enterprise Management at the Belarusian National Technical University from 2008 to 2010.

Evgeniy Kalin continued their education at the Belarusian National Technical University, where they completed their Master's degree in Technical Sciences with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering and Machine-building from 2011 to 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Evgeniy Kalin obtained several qualifications. Евгений completed the Manager Development course at Glabis Training Center in December 2022. Евгений also became an Expert in Project Management through PM Expert in November 2022. Furthermore, they underwent training in Project Management based on PMBOK® 7 (2021) at PM Expert in June 2022. Additionally, they received certification in Construction Constructions and Technical Inspection of Buildings and Structures from the Mezhotraslevoi Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel in Management and Personnel Development at the Belarusian National Technical University in 2020. Finally, they completed English courses at the Elementary level (CEFR A1) at the Foreign Languages Centre (FLC) in 2019.
