Lena Zinchenko

Lena Zinchenko is an experienced professional in growth and engineering leadership, currently serving as GTM Engineering Lead at Unity Advisory since September 2025, following a brief tenure in the same role at SalesAPE.ai. Prior roles include Global Growth Lead at Squiz, where Lena designed a demand generation architecture and integrated automation tools, and Head of Growth at amicable divorce, significantly enhancing paid search strategies. Lena's background also includes entrepreneurship as Co-Owner of SMM Agency #1 and Motherstar Inc., and business development at Smart Development Group, where major client relationships were established.
