Bruce Kramer

For more than 35 years, Bruce Kramer has built an impeccable reputation in both public and private accounting management.

As Acting Chief Financial Officer for Unity Aluminum, Bruce functions in a strategic role, overseeing all financial aspects of the business with a focus on raising the funds needed to complete construction of the state-of the-are aluminum rolling mill in Ashland, KY.

After an initial stent in public accounting, Bruce took an entrepreneurial approach to his career, working as a contract CFO for various companies. Over the course of nearly four decades, Bruce has established himself as a trusted advisor in regards to strategic finance, M&A, and access to capital markets. In 2011, Business First of Louisville recognized him as CFO of the Year. In 2017, he was once again made a “Best in Finance” award honoree by Business First of Louisville. Prior to joining Unity Aluminum, Bruce served as CFO & Treasurer of Charah Solutions, a publicly traded company listed on the NYSE.

Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bellarmine University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the Board of Dismas Charities, the sponsorship committee for St John Center for Homeless Men, and is co-founder of TAG Ministries, Inc.
