John Hecht

John Hecht serves as Director on the Board of Directors at Unity Bank since September 2020 and as Managing Director at Artisan Advisors, LLC since March 2020. With extensive experience in both banking and corporate leadership, John has held senior executive roles including President & CEO of WPS Community Bank and Market President at Starion Bank. John specializes in interim engagements, growth strategies, and mergers and acquisitions through J Hecht Consulting LLC, which has gained national recognition. Other notable roles include interim positions in various financial institutions and significant contributions as Board Chair for Employers Health Coalition. John holds a BBA in Comprehensive Public Accounting from UW-Eau Claire and completed the BAI School for Bank Administration.
