Dennis McCreight, CAMS, serves as the President of Unity Building Security, a leading provider of security services tailored for property managers, corporations, luxury retailers, and cultural institutions since April 2018. Additionally, Dennis is the CEO of John Shields Detective Agency, LLC, which has been delivering high-quality security and investigative services across New York and New Jersey since 1943. From June 2012 to May 2016, Dennis held the role of Managing Partner at Perimeter Security & Investigations LLC, a licensed and bonded security firm in New York City. Prior to these roles, Dennis spent two decades with the New York City Police Department, culminating as the Lieutenant and Commanding Officer of the Brooklyn South Homicide Task Force, overseeing homicide investigations and engaging in joint federal, state, and local investigations. Dennis holds a degree from SUNY Empire State College.
