Amanda Chase

Amanda Chase has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as Tier III Technical Support at Unity Connected Solutions since December 2014, specializing in Avaya Red and Blue products as well as Shoretel. Prior to this role, Amanda held positions as a Technical Support Engineer at Eclipse Technology Solutions Inc. and as a Nortel Certified Technology Specialist at Avaya, where support was provided for the Avaya Communications Server 1000 and various other products. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Religious Studies, and Anthropology from Saint Thomas University, Fredericton, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
